The MDJ On-Demand is the latest addition to our professional grinder line. Incorporating some of the newest silent technologies along with massive 75 mm burrs give this grinder unprecedented grind speed, without all of the noise. The MDJ also incorporates our latest electronic display, making it simple and intuitive to use.
 

Micrometric grind adjustment
With Micrometric grind adjustment the barista can adjust the grind to the smallest of adjustments at any point in the process of grinding.

Stainless steel 75mm burrs
This grinder comes standard with Steel Burrs . Allowing the ability to grind up to 1500 pounds of coffee before requiring replacement.

LCD Multi-Function Display
Using this LCD display the barista can adjust the dose, put the grinder into a number of barista modes, and lock the grinder so the settings can't be changed

LED Illuminated Work Space
An LED located above the grinder's shout, light the work space, giving the barista full visibility of the grinds even in low light.

Portafilter Holder
This grinder is capable of holding the portafilter while it is dosing, meaning that the barista can operate other equipment during the grinding process.

Transparent bean hopper
The Large 1.6 kg hopper means you can grind more beans before refilling is necessary.

Die-cast aluminum body
Built to last the MDJ is made of a hardened aluminum body
