Melting Skill Tips:
1. Fill 1/3 of the melting pot with water. Do not fill any higher.
2. When bubbles appear in the bottom of the pot, discontinue heating. Do not allow water to boil.
3. To melt the chocolate, cut the chocolate into small pieces and place in inner pot over hot water. Stir constantly until melted.
